Reddytec at SMFS: Relationships are the key to strategic partnership!

Yesterday, we were honored to be a partner at SMFS - Service Management Forum in Zurich, Switzerland. It was so inspired and productive event, and we're thrilled to have been a part of it!

We showcased our innovative solutions ServiceNow and Creatio at our colorful and bright in different senses booth, and the engagement from all the attendees was fantastic. Our team had insightful conversations with industry experts and like-minded people, making it an enriching experience.

At our booth, we hosted an engaging quiz that not only provided participants with valuable insights into our ServiceNow and Creatio products but also offered them a chance to win exciting prizes from our partners.

The event offered a lineup of insightful sessions and presentations, covering a wide range of practical topics (about ITIL, agile service management, ChatGPT, DevOps, BRM in IT…) and the inspired questions, as about:
• The Power of Meaningful Relationships in Business
• How to improve your IT service management
• How IT inspires business

We were also inspired by special creative presentation from the Forum guest – a professional conductor, music producer and coach Christian Gansch. He demonstrated the similarities between corporate and orchestral structures and what can be learned from them for everyday professional life. Who sets the tone? Which voice takes precedence and when? How do management and the team develop ideas and innovations? A functioning orchestra is a vivid example of effective management and leadership strategies.
