She ended up ordering something less healthy, feeling guilty and frustrated.

Or think of Jacques a friend of mine, a student in Yaounde, who's been craving his favorite Cameroonian dish all week. But every time he tries to go to the restaurant, he's stuck in traffic or has class. He wishes he could enjoy his favorite food without leaving his dorm.
