Sometimes, like the horse in that picture, people carry deep wounds in silence.

They are hurt by harsh words, neglect, and the actions of others, yet they choose to say nothing. They keep smiling, loving, serving, and showing up for everyone while quietly hurting inside.

Just like the rider who may not notice the horse’s pain, many of us move through life unaware of the pain we cause, not out of cruelty, but because we fail to pause and notice.

Remember, not everyone who is quiet is okay, and not every wound is visible.
