The weight to be strong
The daily battles with mental health, the silent struggles with anxiety and depression, and the feeling of being alone in it all.

It really hurts 🤕. but we just have to Keep pushing forward, even when it feels like the world doesn't understand. Keep pushing forward, even when you're not sure if anyone is listening. Because your story matters, your life matters, and you matter."

This is my letter to you.
