People are an integral part of success, like was said during The Mindshift conference Douala,

"You can start an idea alone, but you'll need People to grow and sustain it."

As a young entrepreneur or businessman, you must cultivate the right people skills, so as to be able to create and maintain valuable relationships and networks.

When I hear someone say, "I'm not a People person", i just say, this one isn't ready for any venture. If you have started or plan to start any idea, learn how to meet, connect and relate with new people.

People are the help, the opportunities, the support, etc, you need to grow and sustain your idea or vision.
