As part of the development of its activities, a call center in the city of Yaoundé is looking for fully bilingual Quality Control Agents.
Job Description
The listening quality control agent is in charge of listening to exchanges between telemarketers and customers, producing reports of said calls and supporting telemarketers.
Criteria
- To be of age ;
- Reside in Yaoundé;
- Speak perfectly in French and English;
- Master the use of IT tools (Word, Excel, e-mail);
- Having experience in sales or marketing would be an asset.
