2+ Years of Stable Operation | Desulfurization Wastewater ZLD Project

Our Power Plant Desulfurization Wastewater Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System has been running stably for over two years.
The system integrates two-stage softening and desilication, sulfate removal, and nanofiltration salt separation, ensuring long-term reliability and clean water recovery.

🔹 Two-stage Softening & Desilication – Total hardness < 50 mg/L, Ca²⁺ & Mg²⁺ < 10 mg/L, SiO₂ < 20 mg/L
🔹 Sulfate Removal via CaSO₄ Precipitation – Efficiently removes accumulated sulfates through crystallization and plate-frame filtration
🔹 Nanofiltration Salt Separation – NF concentrate CaSO₄/NaCl ratio > 10:1; NF permeate NaCl/Na₂SO₄ ratio > 60:1, ensuring high-purity salt crystallization
🔹 High Automation & Stability – Robust operation and strong adaptability to water quality fluctuations

👏Honored to host expert representatives from ATAL, HKRRP, ARUP, and VEOLIA at Plum Membrane for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the Hong Kong 2,200 m³/d landfill leachate & concentrate full-valorization membrane system.
The FAT focused on reliability, maintainability, and long-term performance, with deep dives into critical control points and optimization details. Many thanks for the rigorous reviews and constructive insights—A successful FAT marks the starting line for high-quality delivery.
