Pm 8k jog
我晚上11點25分睡的,早上7點25分醒的。訓練的時候感覺有點累。右腳跟、右髖下部和右腳內側都覺得有點緊。我想這可能是因為昨天跑步穿了釘鞋造成的。
I went to bed at 23:25 and woke up at 07:25. I feel a little tired during training. My right heel, right lower hip and right inner sole are tight. I think it was caused by I wearing spikes for my run yesterday.
