Is stress always bad? Many people think that feeling nerves and anxiety before a game or performance will lead them to not perform as well as they want. However, to an extent, these feelings of stress and arousal can help us. The ABCDE Reframind Method mentioned on Tuesday this past week is incredibly useful when dealing with negativity in performance.
