Sour plum drink is a kind of traditional( also Traditional Chinese Medicine) beverage to beat the heat, perk you up.
Ingredients: Wumei(Dark Plum) 30g, Shanzha(Hawthorn Fruit) 20g, Chenpi(Dried Orange Peels) 10g, Gancao (Liquorice Root) 5g, Sugar.

How to cook it
1. Put the ingredients into a pot, add water about 1000ML, and soak for 30 minutes;

2. After boiling, use small fire and gently cook for 30 minutes, then pour the soup into a bowl;

3. Add 1000ml water into the pot. Repeat the second step as above but add appropriate amount of sugar. Then mix the second soup into the soup in the bowl.
