Every single product which was designed by HDCVT engineer has to face extremely strict testing before moving to pilot run! HDCVT created a testing environment, that is dedicated for product quality improvement. Tow testing stages are implemented through whole period. During phase 1, the new product need pass all function testing by using various kinds of displays, signal generator and cables. During phase 2, the product should survive in a very tough environment. They need overcome the high standard surge and ESD damage, need work well in the condition of high/low temperature and humidity for 48 hours at least, and also need to be good after vibration equipment testing.
