As we dive into another new year I’d like to remind you of a couple things:

4. La única persona que puede decidir cambiar tu mentalidad sos vos: you have to make the choice to change your mindset. Nobody else can do it for you. Choose to accept yourself choose to move for life & choose it because it makes you feel good not because you want to change yourself.
5. No podes cambiar tu relación con tu ser si siempre te estás agrediendo: you cannot change your relationship with yourself if you’re at war with you.
