Our Story

Amoro Food is the first fully licensed plant-based catering company and Deli in San Safael, Ibiza. We love to prepare good nutrious food for you, because we want you to eat healthy AND delicious! We love to cook and we love to eat. And we're crazy about vegetables. We use local seasonal products and our food is prepared with Mediterranean, North African and Middle Eastern influences. We cook from the heart. Always fresh, creative, healthy and delicious: hearty salads, hummus, mezze, bulgur, legumes, couscous, muhammara, freekeh, beetroot mousse, lots of fresh herbs, labneh, nuts, feta, tajines, quinoa, filled vegetables from the oven, cold soups, vegetarian paella and much more!
