I have learnt so much from this team We have all shared our songs, laughter, tears, struggles and growth & offer an allowing space for participants to do the same.

Many people 'hold space' but it takes a deep compassion, presence and curiosity to really meet the other fully. I have been humbled many times and deeply grateful for the fine attunement we have supported in each other.🙏

I am just landing back from a magical retreat in Cornwall. This retreat was so powerful because we immersed in the nature all around us. We walked through fields of bluebells and wandered through the temperate rainforest. It is filled with ancient oak trees and is the most rich and complex biodiverse habitat in the UK. Sadly there is only 2% of British woodland that remains this way so they are doing incredible work to nurture, expand and restore what is left
