Another roof refurbishment in the OSA area.

SZR refinished a concrete slab above the the clients utility roof while replacing adjacent roofing sheets - using specialized concrete coatings & aluminum roofing panels to provide a long term solution for our client.

The pictures show the original roofing sheets with eroded sealant & corroded leaking fasteners - compared to our new aluminum sheets installed with our fastener/large washer combinations - providing our client with a long term, leak proof solution to their house

10 Separate roofing sections measuring over 8000 sq ft were removed & replaced using aluminum roof sheets & fastener/washer combinations for longer life.

SZR recently completed another roofing project for a client in Ojochal – this time it involved cleaning & repairing roofing gutters.

Gutters were badly clogged with organic matter which we removed – pressure washed the gutter internals & externals & sealed any damaged joints.

Important to regularly undertake this maintenance work to ensure no water enters your property causing water & mold damage & expensive repair work.

The top 4 problems caused by clogged gutters:

· Roof Damage - Water backs causing roof surface & sub-structure damage.

· Fascia Damage – Rot & mold

· Water Leaks – Internal ceiling & walls

· Damage to Walls, Windows & Doors

Pictures 4-6 show the after pics where the gutters have been cleaned and all debris removed.
