I used to catch my mother lying to her dog saying ‘I’ll be back in five minutes’ when she would leave for hours. I would say ‘you realize dogs understand time don’t you?’ And she would say ‘no they don’t, I used to say the same thing to you when you and your brother were kids’. We understood time too when we were young and we also understood what a pathological liar was 😂 I learned how not to live from her. Thanks for the lessons
