In Leipzig, our study visit with the European Union Agency for Railways connected two sides of transport transformation: strategic resilience and practical digital rail operations 🛡️🚆

1️⃣ At the International Transport Forum, 15 participants from the explored why resilience must sit at the heart of future transport investment. Not as an add-on. Not as an emergency response. But as a core principle for building networks that are safe, reliable and ready for change.

2️⃣ The following day, we organised a visit to the Deutsche Bahn InfraGO Operations Control Centre, where participants gained hands-on insights into ETCS operations, the Shadow Operator concept and digitalisation in the railway sector.

🎯 This is how progress happens: by learning from EU experience, sharing practical knowledge and bringing regional partners closer to the systems, standards and technologies shaping the future of European transport.
