Belgrade will host the 73rd International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST 2027) under the theme “Meat the Future” — bringing together leading global scientists, researchers, and experts in meat science and technology.
 
The congress will be organized by the Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology and co-chaired  Prof. Dr. Igor Tomašević,  Full Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade and Dr. Vesna Đorđević, Principal Research Fellow and Director of the Institute.
 
This prestigious event is a great opportunity for knowledge exchange, strengthening international collaboration, and showcasing the latest advancements in food safety, quality, and meat technology.
