📊 As a part of our work on the Hort2thefuture project, last week, the European Training Academy EUTA conducted a Training for Management and Financial Administration of Horizon Europe Projects!

During this intensive two-day program, project partners had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of essential financial aspects of project management, from budget preparation to effective audit readiness.

👩‍🏫 Our expert, Marija Sola Spasic, provided practical guidance and answered specific questions through examples and discussions.

Feedback from our participants confirms the importance of these trainings, as they strengthen capacities for successful project management—crucial for the long-term success of the Hor2thefuture initiative.

🎓 Pridružite nam se na intenzivnom dvodnevnom treningu za upravljanje i finansijsku administraciju Horizon Europe projekata! 🌍

Upravljanje finansijama velikih projekata nikada nije jednostavno, a izazovi sa kojima se suočavate u okviru Horizon Europe projekata zahtevaju vrhunske veštine i znanja. Zbog toga smo kreirali ovaj trening, posebno prilagođen kancelarijama za projekte iz naučnih institucija, kako bismo zajedno prošli kroz sve ključne finansijske korake, prepreke i strategije.

Tokom ova dva dana, naši učesnici će imati priliku da se usavršavaju kroz:
✅ Interaktivne prezentacije i primere iz prakse iskusnih trenera
