EU4IM is a project supported by the European Union, aimed at bringing EU standards closer to citizens in Serbia, with a strong focus on improving everyday life through enhanced consumer protection, product safety, and market transparency.

On the occasion of World Consumer Rights Day, this year’s national campaign under the slogan “EU Standards in the Service of the Citizens of Serbia” places a particular emphasis on product safety as a cornerstone of consumer protection.

The campaign is implemented by the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal and External Trade, and spans over a two-month period. It includes a comprehensive media and event program, such as TV spots on national broadcasters, as well as an exhibition and film screening at Europe House in Belgrade, all aimed at raising awareness of consumer rights and promoting fair market practices.

As part of the campaign, our team developed and produced a TV commercial that communicates the importance of EU standards in a clear, relatable, and impactful way. The concept translates complex regulations into real-life situations, making the message accessible and relevant to a wide audience, while maintaining a strong visual identity aligned with the campaign.
