Upoznajte našu novu stažistkinju, Andreu, koja će u naredna tri meseca biti deo U10 tima ✨

Andrea dolazi iz Italije, gde je završila master studije iz obrazovanja u umetnosti i kulturne medijacije umetničkog nasleđa. Radi kao umetnička medijatorka i kustoskinja, a takođe piše za italijanski art magazin „exibart“.

U Beogradu je u potrazi za skrivenim vintage radnjama i novim mestima za thrifting, ali i za dubljim upoznavanjem istočnoevropske umetnosti sa posebnim interesovanjem za tradicionalni srpski vez i pirotske ćilime.

Tokom boravka u U10, Andrea će učestvovati u realizaciji izložbi, asistirati u postavci i svakodnevnom radu Umetničkog prostora, kao i raditi na razvoju istraživačkog projekta posvećenog tekstilu i vezu.

// Meet our new intern Andrea, who will be part of the U10 team over the next three months ✨

Andrea comes from Italy, where she completed her Master’s degree in Art Education and Cultural Mediation of Artistic Heritage. She works as an art mediator and curator, and also writes for the Italian art magazine "exibart".

While in Belgrade, she is on the lookout for hidden vintage shops and new thrifting spots, as well as exploring Eastern European art, with a particular interest in traditional Serbian embroidery and Pirot rugs.

During her time at U10, Andrea will be involved in exhibition production, assist with exhibition setup and the day-to-day activities of the art space, and work on developing a research project focused on textile and embroidery practices.
