GUTEN MORGEN!⠀
⠀
How do we say "this morning" and "tomorrow morning" in German?⠀
⠀
When you are talking about your every day activities (past-future), you might need this.⠀
From the experience with my students, I can say that this is a standard question 😊
⠀
Here is my suggestion:⠀
this morning = heute früh⠀
tomorrow morning = morgen früh⠀
⠀
There are some other possibilities to say 'this morning', like: 'heute Morgen', 'an diesem Morgen', but 'heute früh' seems to be the simplest of them all, especially if you remember it together with 'morgen früh'.
⠀
This way you can also avoid the confusion around the writing of the word 'morgen' (with or without the capital letter) 🤔
⠀
What do you think about this?
Examples:
Heute früh bin ich zur Post gegangen.
Morgen früh muss ich zum Arzt gehen.

TRICK OR JUST A GOOD EXPLNATION?
Question: when we have the combination
subordinated sentence + main sentence, why does the main sentence starts with a verb?
Let me explain it to you on the example of a temporal sentence.
The information about the time can be:⠀
⠀
- 1 word: morgen⠀
- 2 words: am Samstag⠀
- 3 words: in zwei Tagen⠀
- the whole sentence: wenn ich mit der Arbeit fertig bin⠀
⠀
When the info about the time takes the 1. place in the sentence, then the verb needs to take the 2. place, correct?⠀
⠀
Here is what it looks like:⠀
⠀
1 word: morgen komme ich zu dir.⠀
2 words: am Samstag komme ich zu dir⠀
3 words: in zwei Tagen komme ich zu dir.⠀
the whole sentence: wenn ich mit der Arbeit fertig bin, komme ich zu dir.⠀
⠀
As you can see, if we start with the subordinated sentence (in this case tempotal sentence), it practically takes the 1. place in the main sentence and that's why the verb in the main sentence takes the usual 2. place. It only looks like the main sentence "starts" with the verb 😋

NEVER MAKE THIS TYPICAL MISTAKE AGAIN! 👩🎓
Wie geht's?
🚫 Ich bin gut. Und du?
This is the most typical mistake at the A2 level... and beyond 😊
I have an ultimate solution for this. 💡
We both know that you keep forgetting that the correct answer would be:
✔Mir geht's gut und dir/Ihnen?
Instead of that you could say just:
🔝Gut (danke) und selbst?
Learn this by heart and never worry about this again!! 👌
