Xhade Fest

🎭 Xhade Fest - 4th Edition opens with a special theatrical performance “Ikja nga Gjermania” (The Escape from Germnay).

‘ Sametushi and Shemsh*ti are two migrants who have lived together in Germany for 19 years. Different in their beliefs, personalities, and outlook on life, they share one thing in common: a deep longing for their homeland and the hope of returning home one day ‘ .

Through humor, conflict, and deeply emotional moments, the play brings to the stage a story that resonates with many of our families, reflecting on migration, identity, and the unbreakable bond with the place we come from.

Directed by lendialiiu , the performance features local actors Arlind Fejzullahu and bleronhevziu , young artists from Presheva who are actively contributing to the growth of our town’s cultural scene.
