From Washington straight to Livrit 🇺🇸💙

Today, Livrit had the honor of welcoming a U.S. delegation composed of Congressman Keith Self, Congressman Suhas Subramanyam, and their staff. During their official visit to Serbia, their first stop in Presheva was Livrit. 🇺🇸💙

Together, we opened conversations around education, youth development, and the everyday challenges young people face in Presheva. We also shared Livrit’s journey, our past and current work, the ways we empower youth and strengthen our community through programs, projects, and creative initiatives.

A special part of the conversation was dedicated to Xhade Fest, our street festival that has grown into a bridge connecting artists, ideas, and communities from across the region.

The meeting was marked by honest dialogue, positive energy, and genuine interest. Our young people received inspiring feedback for their dedication, motivation, and the impact they continue to create within the community.

One moment especially stayed with us. Congressman Self shared:
“I personally insisted that during the visit we meet with Presheva’s young people aswell.”

Words like these remind us why we do what we do and motivate us to keep building spaces where young people are heard, connected, and empowered.

An incredible evening with incredible people at Young Europeans – Kosovo Week I in Padova, Italy, where Livrit had the honor of being represented by our very own Ajxhan Esati

The panel “Game Changers: Building a Country Through Youth” turned into a truly inspiring space for dialogue, reflection, and shared vision—powered by remarkable voices from different fields who are actively shaping change in their communities.

We were honored to be alongside:

Each story brought a different perspective, but all were united by the same thread: youth as a driving force of transformation in society. From culture and education to innovation and civic engagement, the discussion highlighted how young people are not just participants in change—but its architects.

Grateful for the exchange, the energy, and the shared belief that building stronger societies starts with investing in youth and ideas that cross borders.
