The island of Koh Rong represents an elongated territory from the northwest to the southeast. Covering an area of 75 km², it extends over 15 km long and 9 km wide. A total of 43km of beaches borders the coasts and frames a wooded and hilly heart. Several bays give an authentic and reserved character to the coast, while the forests, formed by palm trees and large leafy trees, indeed grow on an irregular terrain which culminates at 320 meters above sea level. The majority of the tourist beaches are on the southern cape of the island near the village of Koh Tuigh, separated from the three other indigenous localities: Soksan, Damskal, and Prek Svay, further north. The island is home to more than 1,000 inhabitants who live mainly from fishing, livestock, trade, and tourism.

The islet of Gosier is an islet one kilometer long and located a few hundred meters off the town of the same name, Gosier in Guadeloupe.
It takes its name from that of the town of Gosier. It is the large-throated water pelicans that once hunted in its nourishing lagoon, which earned it this name.
Gosier islet is a coral type islet. Since 2003, it has been under the protection of the Coastal Conservatory to ensure its preservation, together with the National Forestry Office and the DDE maritime service. A coastal guard watches over the maintenance of this natural space.
This islet is uninhabited but stands out for the presence of the Gosier lighthouse located at the southern tip.

With its turquoise waters in the bay and sensational sands, Caravelle Beach encompasses all the elements of a beautiful tropical beach.
Located in a protected cove, La Caravelle is a beach of white sand and turquoise water in front of the historic Club Med. It is still accessible to the public who can be present en masse in high season, especially with the many activities available. Part of the beach remains very calm, with small waves hitting the shore making it ideal for relaxing and having fun with the children.
