My Hospitality Caribbean (CUR) is looking for an enthusiastic intern for the position of Hospitality & Service Assistant. Are you looking for a challenging internship where you can learn a lot about the ins and outs of the hospitality industry? Get in touch because we are looking for you!

You will be working within a small and rapidly growing company, where you can provide support in various aspects of the business. From organizing the line room to managing social media, from running errands to checking in and out guests—every day is different, which makes the work incredibly diverse. We are also very open to new ideas to contribute to building the company.

Job requirements:
We expect you to be a committed intern with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. As this company operates almost 24/7, flexibility in working hours is essential. Sometimes we have check-ins as late as 9:00 PM, while other times you may leave earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the beach. We also appreciate your input, initiative, and willingness to get your hands dirty. Don't expect to be sitting behind a computer from 9 to 5.

Who are we?
My Hospitality is a young and dynamic property management and holiday rental company. We have been operating for about 1.5 years but have experienced rapid growth in a short span of time. We manage and rent out properties (apartments/villas/mini-resorts) for owners or investors who mainly reside abroad. Service is our top priority and the driving force behind our operations. Currently, we have 3 permanent staff members and a group of freelancers, ranging from cleaning to handyman tasks. You will be joining an informal and friendly team where you can learn a lot about all aspects of hospitality.

Monthly internship allowance + gasoline compensation
A SIM card with data bundle for communication (if you run out of data, you'll need to top it up to remain reachable)
