Built around the large swimming pool, the villa is on an exclusive complex of just 6 villas on the edge of the village of Xylofagou, just short distance from some of Cyprus’s Blue Flag beaches. It offers luxury accommodation with 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, open plan living area with, 2 sofas, Wifi, TV and large kitchen.

The balcony runs all around the house and is accessible from all bedrooms overlooking the delightful communal swimming pool at the back of the house.

In the private garden you will find table & chairs and a gas BBQ for al-fresco dining. There is seating to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or beer. This is a wonderful place to relax at the beginning and end of the day. The communal pool has lots of space around it for building up your tan.

The village of Xylofagou is on your door step where you can get shopping or enjoy traditional Cypriot tavernas. The nearby resorts of Agia Napa, Penera and Protaras are about a 20 minute drive from the villa where you will find water sports, boat trips and traditional as well as cosmopolitan restaurants. The famous WaterWorld is about a 10 minute drive. You then have the beauty of being able to escape the hustle and bustle back to this tranquil resort when you are ready.

There will be a welcome pack to greet when you arrive so that you can grab a drink and bite to eat after your journey.
