Goal setting. It's what we hear constantly - that we need to set our goals in order to establish a trajectory of substance and purpose for the future.
But something a little less conventional, (which almost appears to have the opposite meaning), is something that could change your life.

At some or other point in our lives, we have THAT moment.
That moment when you know you care deeply for that person, but you just can't stand those certain traits and habits that person has, or get rid of that little voice in your head saying "YUP, that's gotta go!"
However, no matter how slightly irritated (or enraged) you feel about this little trait, tick, habit, or hackle... it's not up to you to change it. All we can do is take responsibility for whether we want to maintain the conditions for which we are affected by it.
