The Bulgarian Flowers Collection brings you Rose Touch, Lavender Touch and Melissa, three of the most cherished essential oils throughout the world. Rose, Lavender and Melissa are all produced at doTERRA's Bulgarian distillery, Esseterre.

Historically, Bulgaria boasted some of the world's premier essential oil research, development and production facilities. Over time, aromatic crops were set aside in favour of crops like wheat, sunflower and corn. Despite this, the country continued to be an agricultural haven for growing aromatic plants. In particular, the Black Sea climate zone of Bulgaria produces some of the world's best Lavender and Melissa. For these reasons, doTERRA chose Eastern Bulgaria as the place to realise a vision of creating a world-class production centre for some of its most valued oils. They teamed up with the Bulgarian people - who are very knowledgeable about the cultivation of these plants - to create Esseterre, a distillery whose team consists of local managers, distillers, farmers and engineers.
