The Chippenham Gardens development comprises 52 new homes, 22 of which are for existing secure tenants of South Kilburn for affordable social rent.

This car-free development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and winter gardens.

This scheme forms an exciting additional to the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme that’s transforming the area. The award-winning South Kilburn regeneration, led by Brent Council, is creating 2,400 new high quality homes, of which at least 1,400 will be for existing secure council tenant and households in temporary accommodation.

DMA have undertaken a 3rd party check of the calculations for the consultant and check of all the RC detailing drawings in accordance with the Eurocodes.

Our latest residential Project in Kifisia, Athens.

We have collaborated with Architect Paschalis Dellios and Triantos Architecture to provide the structural engineering for this new residential scheme in Northern Athens. The development features two beautifully crafted blocks, sharing a sophisticated single-storey basement and offering exclusive private swimming pools for each block. With construction now underway, we’re committed to energy efficiency, ensuring these buildings are not only beautiful but sustainable as well. Can’t wait to see how this project transforms the community!
