We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Recruiter and Trainer for our agency.

The position requires someone who is willing to work from home either full-time. The successful candidate will be required to recruit and train new operators for our business as well as ensure that all candidates are compliant with our protocols and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source potential models from online sources and referrals

• Manage online recruitment activities to fill open positions

• Contact potential candidates, explain our business and answering questions

• Negotiate terms of agreements with candidates

• Set up and manage account profiles on networking sites

• Mentor, train and guide new candidates to ensure a smooth transition into our business

• Build strong relationships with the team to ensure long-term success
