Career Pathfinder – Erasmus+ Training Course

Are you a youth worker, educator, trainer, or NGO member passionate about supporting young people in discovering their career path?

ACPELIA is looking for 4 participants from Cyprus to take part in the international Erasmus+ Training Course Career Pathfinder, hosted in Iași, Romania.
Dates: 17 & 23 July 2026 (including travel dates)
Location: Iași, Romania

During this inspiring international mobility, participants will explore innovative career guidance and coaching methodologies, including the Ikigai Method, GROW Model, Vision Boards, Career Wheel, and many other practical non-formal education tools. The training is designed to equip youth workers with effective approaches to support young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—in making informed educational and professional choices.

 So, who can apply?

Youth workers, educators, trainers or NGO members
Preferably 25+ years old
Minimum one year of experience in youth work or non-formal education
Good command of English
Motivated to actively participate and implement the acquired knowledge locally after the mobility.
 Financial Conditions

* Erasmus+ funded project
* Accommodation and meals fully covered
* Travel costs reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules
* Youthpass Certificate awarded upon successful completion.
