Niki spoke about looking beyond the labels society places on us; nationality, age, profession, language, culture etc and choosing to meet each other first as human beings.

She also shared something we experience often at Running-Fluent Initiative.

Many of our events don't begin in meeting rooms.

They begin with simple conversations.

A casual idea.
A shared challenge.
A "What if we tried this?"

Then, through teamwork, trust, and genuine commitment, those small conversations become experiences that bring dozens of people together.

Community isn't built overnight.

It's built one conversation, one idea, one event, and one relationship at a time.
