team.blue just released the State of European Business 2026 Report and we had to share it.

10,000+ businesses. 32 countries. Real data on how customers are finding businesses today and what's actually holding small businesses back from being discovered.

A few things that stood out to us:
Word of mouth is still king at 61.5%. But search engines at 56.5% and social media at 48.5% are right behind it. And AI tools are already beating TV, radio, and print as a discovery channel.

Meanwhile 75% of European businesses believe AI will change how customers find them. Only 29.6% are actually prepared for it.

And perhaps the most surprising stat: only 9.7% of businesses accurately track how website visitors become customers. Half don't track it at all.
