Role Summary.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sustainability and innovation. You will lead project teams from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with our firm’s standards.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee and mentor junior staff
• Ensure projects comply with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Present design proposals and manage client relationships
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction phases

Qualifications.

• Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of professional experience in architecture
• Proficiency in CAD programmes and rendering tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
