📢 Job Opportunity: Secretarial Assistant 🇨🇾

MM Virtual is expanding and looking for a highly organized, efficient, and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretarial Assistant!

If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a knack for follow-up and client communication, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Follow up with clients and maintain professional communication
- Draft, send, and manage email correspondence
- Assist with general administrative and secretarial duties
- Support departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or Additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus
