M.M. Residence is a contemporary residence currently under construction, with completion and delivery to the client expected soon.

The design was carefully developed in response to the existing terrain conditions, with the main entrance positioned at the upper level of the site. This approach allowed for the creation of a striking architectural façade, complemented by an inviting staircase and landscape design that seamlessly integrates with the residence’s material palette of white rendered surfaces and exposed concrete finishes.

The house layout is both functional and welcoming, featuring spacious interiors and fluid connections between living spaces. Large sliding windows have been strategically positioned to maximize natural light and frame panoramic views towards the city. A key aspect of the design was the careful orientation of the residence, ensuring that the elevated position of the site fully benefits from the surrounding views.

Viewed from different perspectives, the residence reveals a bold architectural composition defined by sharp angles, the interplay of solid and void, and the seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The intentional fragmentation of the conventional rectangular form, combined with the contrasting material textures, adds depth, character, and a refined modern aesthetic to the overall design.

Laniteio Residence is a thoughtfully designed residential building that transforms a simple geometric form into a refined architectural composition with elegant curved edges. The concept focuses on creating an eye-catching structure that moves beyond the conventional box-shaped building, introducing a dynamic and distinctive identity.

The design is based on a primary rectangular volume, reinforced and wrapped by a secondary curved form. This interplay between the box and the curved envelope softens the massing and creates a smooth, fluid architectural expression. The geometry is further articulated through carefully positioned openings and the introduction of horizontal and vertical elements, generating a layered façade with a rhythmic transition from larger to smaller apertures.

The result is a contemporary residential building that balances aesthetics and practicality. Functionality, construction quality, and architectural design are the main driving principles behind the project, ensuring a development that is both visually striking and highly livable.
