Welcoming you to one of our recently completed projects! Syrkana Zivania, The production of zivania in Silikou dates back to the years of the Middle Ages. There is in the community, especially in people of great age, accumulated experience both in the cultivation of the vine and in the production of wine products, such as Koumandaria, wine, raisins and of course zivania.

The brief was to create a brand/website that encapsulates the whole story of Syrkana Zivania and the beautiful village of Silikou (Σιλίκου)

Interesting lately how a lot of businesses are quickly adjusting their models to accommodate the last few years during covid. One space which has always been prominent in Cyprus is the property market, new buildings, hotels, houses, apartments non stop being developed.

So how are the property brokers/agents adjusting now, as most agents are commission based, and 99% of their time is spent meeting potential buyers showing properties to buy or rent in Cyprus.

You have the classic methods of web based images plus videos of the properties, these two methods are just tools to add on in the agent's conversation but not a deal closer, no doubt 99% of deals are closed when client visits the property.

If I was agent / broker now I would be thinking how can I give a potential client the visiting experience but from home as this virus will be with us for long time or forever in peaks...for me its VR ( virtual reality)

I would invest in creating VR virtual rendering of all my top properties, then send out to all my clients a VR headset, sent to their homes. Potential clients can view your portfolio of properties at home but most important get the closest experience to viewing a property.

The importance of live chat cannot be overstated as witnessed by the results of a study by Zendesk, which revealed 92% customers feel satisfied when they use the live chat feature, compared to other communication options like voice (88%), email (85), web form (85%), and social media (Facebook 84%, Twitter 77%). Surprisingly, a large chunk of business websites still do not have this feature available. Most are under the belief that live chat is merely a way to connect with the seller, and since there are other alternatives available, there is no need to have a live chat feature. This is nothing more than a myth since live chat does more than just allow customers to get in touch with the seller. It helps increase customer satisfaction by making customers feel important while also providing additional benefits.
