An inclusive space for dialogue and knowledge-sharing in Cyprus. Since 2019 the CDF is supported through the financial assistance of the European Union.

It was a pleasure to meet with the UN Women Ukraine delegation where we had the opportunity to share the work of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum and to discuss important reflections on the role of design and structure in shaping the outcome of peace processes through the Peace Process Reports of Northern Ireland, South Africa and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Engaged in meaningful discussion with the Mottershead Field Study of Peace and Conflict on the work of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum, specifically on the Political Guide and the Labour Market Guide, as well as the role of collaborative spaces in fostering inclusive dialogue.

Why ownership matters. The process that led to the Dayton Agreement was mediated and enforced by international actors.
At Dayton, no joint table for dialogue existed. International mediators used shuttle diplomacy and coercive leverage under strict deadlines. Imposed from outside, it left little space for local ownership.
