We’re looking for an Office Administrator & KYC Specialist to join our team in Nicosia.

This role combines day-to-day office administration with involvement in client onboarding and KYC processes. It’s ideal for someone organised, reliable, and keen to grow within a professional services environment.

✅ What you’ll do

> Provide office administration and operational support to management and the team
> Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
> Support client onboarding and KYC documentation
> Maintain and update KYC files and internal records
> Assist with basic compliance and AML-related tasks under guidance

🎯 What we’re looking for

> Experience in office administration
> KYC / AML understanding will be considered an advantage
> Strong organisational and time-management skills
> Attention to detail and confidentiality
> Fluent in Greek & English
> Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
