Mark has just moved to Paphos, but I have known Mark for years!!

He infact came to my sessions when I lived in the UK, and we worked it out that he started coming in 2010/11!!!

So whats the point Adam?

I'm just saying that I love what I do because of the connections that we have made over the years...

Getting to know each and every person that I have coached.

But also, the community that it creates!

New friendships

take a look at the photo below, that was taken from a Fitness Event in the UK called Survival of the Fittest!

It is one of those fitness obstacle courses which is over 10 KM and some crazy obstacles you have to get over.

Do you think the majority of people would have had the courage and determination to do that if they weren't in a group encouraging and helping them through it?

Probably not.

And that is the power of the group!

That is WHY having the right COMMUNITY is important.

So our sessions are EVERY Monday and Wednesday

at 7:30am and 8:30am

Even if you are a "beginner" and haven't exercised in years.... it doesn't matter. - I have got you!

3 tips to help you lose weight & keep it off

1️⃣ Don’t be extreme.
When you cut too aggressively, hunger takes over, so your cravings go through the roof, you lose control around food.
That’s how the binge-restrict cycle starts.
So small micro changes, is what keeps you in a sustainable defcit.

2️⃣ Consistency beats perfection .
You don’t need to be perfect…but if you’re all in during the week and “off” on weekends, you’re canceling out your own progress. Real results come from showing up consistently, not occasionally.
WEEKENDS MATTER

3️⃣ Nutrition is KING.
Workouts help, but fat loss happens in the kitchen. You don’t need to cut carbs or eliminate your favorite foods. Structure and flexibility will always win over perfectionist thinking.
