57. Old Bath Out & New Non-Slip Shower Fitted

Our existing client wanted to Replace their Bathroom due to a fall when entering the Bath and install a non-slip shower for safety and provide a new look to a tired bathroom.

Firstly the old cast Iron bath was taken out and a new non-slip treated shower base & waste where installed, the whole area was made good with a new shower screen, tiles, grout and fittings to leave a new safer space to enjoy.

50. Balcony Drain Port Sealed and Re-Directed

The client had an issue with a blocked drain that was threatening to overflow into the Property. Upon investigation the drain pipe was blocked by the build up of dirt/leaves & dust over many years as it hardens to a solid mass.

We entered the drain from the underneath of the balcony as shown and reconnected a new drain to the balcony and diverted the water off the balcony as shown.
