10 weeks with Alfie and I’ve been excited for this one!
Main reason…
Starting scale weight: 95.3kg
Current scale weight: 94.5kg…
Only a 0.8kg change in his scale weight separates these images 10 weeks apart!
He’s lost a serious amount of body fat while building muscle at the same time. That’s exactly why his weight hasn’t really dropped, as the fat comes down and muscle goes up, the scale can stay pretty similar.
This is what catches people out. You can be doing everything right, changing your body properly, and the scale won’t always show it!
Well done to my bro! I know he wasn’t too sure how he’d get on during this process but I can safely say he’s smashed it as we push on for more!
