Control 2025 is a wrap – and it was a great ride! 🎢

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn more about our LIBS solutions and how it can support quality control and process optimization.

We had inspiring conversations with both potential users and future distributors from various countries. It’s clear the interest in LIBS is growing fast.

Special thanks to our partner Soliton Laser und Messtechnik GmbH for the great collaboration. We're already looking forward to what comes next!

Evolution in Multi-Elemental Chemical Analysis – AtomTrace

AtomTrace a.s. has been founded as a start-up company from the Central European Institute of Technology at the Brno University of Technology (CEITEC BUT). The main goal is the commercialization of promising technologies that arise from research and development, particularly in the field of material analysis by the Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technique.

Motivation and know-how are given by years of research and development activities of the laboratory of Laser Spectroscopy (Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic) and the Laboratory of analytical chemistry (Masaryk University), which are specialized in LIBS methods since 1997.

Due to the strong connection to the Institute of Physical Engineering and Institute of Machine and Industrial Design (BUT), the R&D team was always oriented on the development of the state of the art LIBS instrumentation. Besides the researchers (physics, chemistry, spectroscopy and statistics), our team includes also specialists in the machine design, electronics and software development. Long-term cooperation with other institutes, such as the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, enables to include experts from related science fields.
