Hawker Hurricaine Z2482
The Hawker Hurricaine Mk.llA, Z2482, of No.1 Aquadron, Kenley, March 1941. The unit received this machine in early March 1941, and used it regulary on combat and non-combat missions for next three months. It was mostly flown by P/O John "Tim" F.D.Elkington (aged 21), however, other pilots, including five Czechoslovakians, often got at its controls as well.
