📣 Yesterday´s final meeting of Break the Chain team in Prague with dedicated and amazing partners from Atermon, HeartHands Solutions, Association E-Seniors, KOMICHA and ICmedia has brought the project to its finalisation! Thank you, team, for your contributions and the great atmosphere you brought to Prague. It´s been a pleasure to host you and work with you on such a great project. 🤩 ❤️ +
