HR Specialist – Recruitment & Admin

Creditinfo is looking for a new member of the HR team in Prague.

The HR Specialist will support managers with Recruitment and help with any related HR admin. We are looking for a motivated team player with empathy, very good communication skills, and a willingness to support the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize the full recruitment process, support managers with hiring and ensure a positive candidate experience
Write and post job ads
Direct search and talent sourcing - set recruitment approaches and find solutions to job market challenges
Screen and interview candidates, gather feedback and interact with candidates
Track candidates and recruitment process
Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees (including contracts, requesting documents, supporting medical checks, visa applications, etc.)
Manage employee records, general administration related to the role
Ensure that relevant work tools and accesses are arranged, set up onboarding trainings
Participation in HR-related events and other tasks, as required e.g. company events

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills
Hands on approach and well organized
Fluent English and Czech on a professional level
Experience with recruitment/ talent sourcing, experience with IT sourcing an advantage
Hands-on approach, proactivity, creativity,
Empathetic and willing to meet internal client needs,
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Solution Analyst

What you will focus on {do}:
• Learn about newly developed product features, explore and analyse them
• Challenge assumptions / requirements / specifications and analyse them
• Cooperate with our development team based in Prague (partially Bratislava)
• Communicate with international clients (mainly financial institutions) and travel to exotic destinations
• Cooperate with other SCRUM team members in order to deliver products that satisfy client needs

What you should know:
• 3+ years of hands on experience as IT Analysts
• Knowledge of different analytical tools
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, REST and SOAP API
• Strong decision making, negotiation, and persuasion skills, often in ambiguous situations
• Strong communication and presentation skills

What you should have:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work individually to achieve shared team objectives and drive process change
• Experience working with a in development team using Agile methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

It will be nice if you have or know:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent area
