We all have some limiting beliefs, of that I am sure. What are yours?

And yes, it is important to be aware of them and work with them... but I don't think we can completely get rid of them. I don't think it is necessary either.

There are many common fears and worries (limiting beliefs), such as:

- what if I say something wrong or incorrect?

- if I am successful and wealthy, people will envy me and harm me!

- it is too much work!

- there are better coaches than me!

- I don't know enough yet!

- what will people think of me?

- who am I to claim I can help others (my life is not perfect)!

- don't stick out (be seen/heard) too much!

- people don't have enough money, especially not for coaching!

- they don't need coaching, they can help themselves!

- coaching has a bad reputation!

- people don't trust coaching!

What is important, is to know your fears, your feelings, your saboteurs, your limiting beliefs and take action anyway. You can have your fears and concerns and take the steps anyway. Have courage!

So, now you know the 4 steps how to find a client and how to offer them your coaching package (ie. 3 or 6 months contract, paid in full and upfront)..

1) Identify who you want to work with
2) Invite them to an interview (or conversation)
3) Coach them
4) Give them your offer (propose what you will work on together over the next few months and how much...)

I was given an Amazon voucher for my bday 2 years ago and only just managed to get something.

Delivery from the UK is a bit of a hassle (two months wait and custom declaration seems normal) …

Anyways, Marisa Peer is my favour go to teacher, I read a few of her books. Paul McKenna I have not read but my coaches/mentors use his teachings, so I know a fair amount.

I bought other two books. One on relationships and one on failure as a way to success.
