Not every tray can be cleaned the same way.

Our expert Roland Pittner knows this from daily practice:
when RTIs carry metal parts covered in oil, cooling lubricants and metal chips, the cleaning process becomes much more than a standard washing procedure.

Especially when the trays themselves are made of temperature-sensitive plastic.

The real challenge is finding the right balance between:
🔹 effective cleaning chemistry
🔹 correct contact time
🔹 suitable drying technology
🔹 material protection
🔹 environmental safety

In some cases, hot drying simply isn’t an option.
That’s why solutions can include material-friendly chemical pre-cleaning, cold dry steam cleaning and high-pressure drying without heat.

Oils and cooling lubricants also need to be handled safely to prevent environmental contamination.
