When looking for people to join dev teams, you need to be able to do both.

Not long ago, companies were almost fighting for developers, today the reality of the job market is a little different. In some areas, we can choose between qualified candidates, while in others we have to show that our positions are the best.

"At a time when companies are changing strategies, trying to become more efficient and working with the people they already have in their teams as much as they can, there can be five qualified applicants for one position. This is for example true for Python, Java and .NET developers. On the other hand, in robotics and PLCs, the number of people is much smaller and we need to be able to reach and attract them", describes our Head of Delivery Andrea Purić.
